The development
Evoke is a four-building, 310-suite rental community in the Bend at Grand River South in Kitchener, Ontario, built for a national family partner in development and delivered as a single commercial contract.
What we did
Every suite received open-roll roller shades fitted with Government of Canada–approved chain guards, so the chain stays secured to the wall and meets corded window covering safety requirements.
Bedrooms use a blackout opaque fabric for full room darkening. Living rooms and all common areas use a privacy light-filtering fabric that softens daylight while keeping the space bright.

Multi-building rental projects need one consistent, code-compliant product across hundreds of openings — installed to schedule and simple for property managers to maintain.
